Question 1: Do your people deliver all across Lahore?

Answer: Yes, we deliver our fresh flowers all across Lahore. 

Question 2: Do you people deliver to other cities too?

Answer: Sorry, we do not deliver flowers to order cities as they are fragile and can wilt while traveling to other cities. Hopefully, we will soon expand our brand to other cities.

Question 3: Where is your office located? 

Answer: Our office and warehouse are located at 13-N Gulberg 2, Lahore.

 

Question 4: Do you people offer a same-day delivery option?

Answer: Yes, we offer the same-day delivery option if you order between 10 am - 5 pm.

 

Question 5: How long does it take you to deliver an order, if we opt same-day delivery option? 

Answer: We take our last orders by 5 pm and recommend placing an order at least four hours prior to the required delivery :)

Question 6: Can I pick my order from your warehouse whenever it’s ready?

Answer: Yes, You can visit our warehouse to pick your order up. We will inform you upon completion of your order.

Question 8: How late do you people deliver the orders?

Answers: We deliver orders till 12 am. 

Question 9: What is included in the farmers’ box?

Answer: Farmers’ box has a variety of seasonal flowers, mostly a mixture of local and imported varieties such as Glads, Tuberoses, Celosia, Chrysanthemums, Gypsophila and sunflowers, etc. 

Every week we will curate a new box with the season's freshest flowers and foliage. Also in the box, you will find polaroid's of arrangements to inspire your creativity and flower food to add into your vases, to keep your flowers looking vibrant for longer.

Question 10: What payment methods are accepted? 

Answer: We accept COD, Bank Transfers, Easypaisa, and Credit cards.
